"My 11 years old attended this for the first time at Queens College Aug 2019. We were traveling from Manhattan to Queens by public transportation, it was a heck of a journey each day, but it was well worth it. She has no interest in joining the debate team at the moment, but seeing her at the end of the tournament debating was amazing. I was more concerned with the skills she was learning and the confidence it gave her as she is growing up. If she overcomes the fear of public speaking, she can overcome all other challenges in her life."
